Summertime can be very hot with little wind, shorts, hat, sunglasses and a light shirt are recommended. Face buffs are also a great way to keep the sun off. Afternoon showers may occur so a poncho or light rain jacket isn't a bad idea. Fall, winter and spring can be cooler in the mornings, so pants and layer shirts with jackets or hoodies.

Fishing charters will be in the ocean and if you are known to suffer from seasickness to the point that you are not having a good time and dramamine does not do the trick, you may want to sit this one out. Be sure to follow all directions on medications and consult your physician. Some people also have luck with with Seaband seasickness wrist acupressure bands. Also, try to avoid alcohol the evening prior.River cruises are limited to the river which is usually quite calm, so you should be fine.
That will be up to the majority or head of your party. If the trip is cut short due to seasickness, you will still be charged the full trip price.
No, Snap Decision has all the fishing licenses/permits handled.

Please be on time. The boat needs to free up dock space and depart at the planned time. If you are running a few minutes late, please contact Snap Decision Charters to let them know your estimated time of arrival. If you are running more than 30 minutes late, you will forfeit your trip and deposit.
That depends on the season. Our waters are abundant with various snapper species, sharks are prevalent, as well as king mackerel, cobia, grouper, mahi and many other fish from small to very large. Regardless, you will have a great time.
Most likely you will not only see dolphin, but giant sea turtles, manatees, various seabirds, huge manta rays and possibly a whale.
The boat is supplied with a private toilet. Due to Coast Guard regulations, it may only be used 3 miles or more from shore. There is a restroom at the dock as well. River cruise passengers that feel the urge can request we pull off and stop at one of the many riverside parks or restaurants to use their facilities.
